{"id":146393,"date":"2025-01-15T23:33:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T22:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\/uncategorized\/azman-airline-security-guard-remanded-over-alleged-theft-of-80-aircraft-brakes"},"modified":"2025-01-21T16:00:45","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T15:00:45","slug":"azman-airline-security-guard-remanded-over-alleged-theft-of-80-aircraft-brakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\/policy\/azman-airline-security-guard-remanded-over-alleged-theft-of-80-aircraft-brakes","title":{"rendered":"Azman Airline security guard remanded over alleged theft of 80 aircraft brakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>A Kano State Magistrate Court, under the leadership of Shari\u2019a Judge Faruk Ibrahim Umar, has sent some individuals to prison for remand pending further investigation over charges of conspiracy and theft.<\/p>\n<p>The charges against the individuals state that on December 11th, 2025, a man named Otaru Bashir, an employee of Azman Airline, reported that a security guard at the company, along with some others, conspired and stole 80 pieces of aircraft brake.<\/p>\n<p>The accused individuals are alleged to have stolen the brake, which amounted to 80 pieces, at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The accused individuals include Nuhu Auwalu, Yakubu Bala, Emanuel Luka, and Safiyanu Abdullahi. When the charges were read out to them, all the accused denied the allegations.
