She did not send me her nude pictures, and I did not demand them,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Ndifon denied that the conversations, pictures, and videos extracted by the ICPC were from his phone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are not. If you look at them, we can\u2019t vouch for their authenticity\u2014they have been edited. I don\u2019t even know where they got the conversations and videos from,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe prosecution did not deem it necessary to investigate her phone, so why should I bring mine?\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Ndifon, who admitted to having sent N3,000 to TKJ from his First Bank account, said he had given her money many times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI sent her more than N3,000; sometimes I gave her cash,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Omotosho adjourned the matter until Thursday for the continuation of the trial.<\/p>\n<p>The News Agency of Nigeria, Nan, reports that the suspended dean is standing trial for alleged sexual harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Ndifon is charged alongside his lawyer, Samuel Anyanwu, with four counts of sexual harassment, cybercrime, and attempting to pervert the course of justice.<\/p>\n<p>ICPC alleged that while serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at UNICAL, Ndifon requested the female diploma student, identified as TKJ and a key witness, to send him \u201cpornographic, indecent, and obscene photographs of herself\u201d via WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Nigeria<\/span> Follow <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Nigeria.
