Momoh, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen on Monday in Benin City.<\/p>\n<p>Momoh said the Zone has also placed a bounty of N500,000 on the two suspects.<\/p>\n<p>He gave the names of the suspects as Christopher Nduka Odiakose and Leonard Happy, a.k.a. Tilome.<\/p>\n<p>He said the suspects are from the Ogwashi-Uku community in Delta State.<\/p>\n<p>The Zone\u2019s spokesperson said the AIG in charge of the Zone, Arungwa Nwazue, explained that the suspects were declared wanted in a case of murder and conspiracy to commit murder, which occurred on December 24, 2024, in Otulu, Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that a warrant of arrest for the suspects was duly obtained from the relevant authority, along with a motion ex parte filed in the High Court of Justice, Edo State, in accordance with Section 4 of the Police Act 2020, as amended.<\/p>\n<p>The statement reads in part: \u201cZone 5 Headquarters, Benin City, under the leadership of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, AIG Arungwa Nwazue, hereby declares the aforementioned persons wanted in a case of murder and conspiracy to commit murder, which occurred on December 24, 2024, in Otulu, Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this regard, a warrant for apprehension was duly obtained from the relevant authority, along with a motion ex parte filed in the High Court of Justice, Edo State, in accordance with Section 4 of the Police Act 2020, as amended.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe suspects are part of a terror group that has been terrorizing Otulu, Ogwashi-Uku, causing a serious crisis within the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf seen, they are to be arrested and handed over to the nearest police station or the office of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 5 Headquarters, Benin City, or call the designated police hotlines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA handsome reward of five hundred thousand naira awaits any person or group of persons who provides useful information leading to the arrest of any of the wanted persons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe general public is advised to exercise caution and not to engage the suspects directly, as they may be armed and dangerous,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Nigeria<\/span> Follow <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Nigeria.
