Nowhere was a reinstatement order issued. Society elders should also read up the APP judgement which sacked the Yes\/No Chairmen and the Court of Appeal ruling which struck out the APM\/APC appeal. All details are in the public domain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpinion leaders cannot afford to fall into errors. They need to know the issues before taking a position. This will reinforce their integrity and ensure they are not unconsciously enrolled into a school of falsehood.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHired commentators of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are free to continue their path of fake news. But society leaders must eschew such a route, lest they destroy their hard earned credibility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor unbiased members of the public, we recommend the legal opinion of Jubril Okutepa, SAN. I listened to him and I was further educated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCountless listeners have testified to the soundness and correctness of the SAN\u2019s explanation. I recommended Okutepa\u2019s interview to genuine lovers of peace, freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, that judgment is in line with the decisions of the Supreme Court that at any particular time the Local Government must be democratically run and not with caretaker.
