Someone called me on phone and told me that he was shot dead,\u201d a witness, Aina\u2019u Sarki said.<\/p>\n<p>Confirming the incident on Sunday morning, the Special Assistant to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Inter-Community Relations, Fulani, Muhammed Abdullahi, said the Miyetti Allah leader was killed in front of his residence on Saturday night by some gunmen who left him for dead.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are preparing for his janaza as I speak to you now but the police were here yesterday and have started an investigation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The state Police Public Relations Officer, Ejire-Adeyemi Toun, when contacted, said she would get back to the press but had yet to do so as at the time of filing this report.<\/p>\n<p>The 32-year-old deceased was said to be a former Special Assistant to Moro Local Government Chairman and a youth leader of the Fulanis in Kwara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Nigeria<\/span> Follow <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Nigeria.
