Further investigations indicated that he had attacked the deceased with a machete over allegations of infidelity.<\/p>\n<p>She further stated that the body of the deceased has been deposited at the general hospital\u2019s mortuary in Oron LGA for autopsy, while investigations remain ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>The statement reads in part: \u201cAt about 05:20 hrs, operatives of the Command swiftly responded to a distress call from concerned residents.
