Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Chief of Staff to Governor Alex Otti, Caleb Ajagba has commiserated with the Elefue family over the sudden demise of Mr. Ugochukwu Kingston Elefue, the Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia.<\/p>\n

Elefue died on Sunday, 11th May 2025.<\/p>\n

Speaking when he paid condolence visit to the family at the country home of the deceased at Amawom Oboro in Ikwuano LGA, the Chief of Staff encouraged the bereaved to take heart.<\/p>\n

Ajagba, who was represented by the Director of Administration, Government House, Nwomiko Udo-Nwokocha, described the late Permanent Secretary as an unassuming personality, a kind hearted man who worked well with him for the few months he stayed in the Government House as Permanent Secretary.<\/p>\n

The Chief of Staff enjoined the bereaved family not to mourn like those without hope and assured that the government would support them in their trying moment.<\/p>\n

Also speaking, the Chairman Staff Welfare Association, Government House, Mrs. Benadeth Oluchi Ubani said the Permanent Secretary was a very good man and an accommodating boss and regretted the sudden loss.<\/p>\n

Responding on behalf of the family, the younger brother to the deceased, Mr. Ifeanyi Elefue thanked the Chief of Staff and the entire management and staff of Government House for coming to identify with them in their moment of grief.<\/p>\n
