It clashes with Sunday church services, which is a central aspect of life for Christian members. Such scheduling either reflects a lack of sensitivity or a deliberate exclusion, neither of which is acceptable,\u201d Musa said.<\/p>\n<p>While expressing hope that the timing was a mere oversight, Musa warned that failure to correct it could send \u201cdangerous signals\u201d about the party\u2019s attitude toward inclusiveness and religious balance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf it is not corrected immediately, it will suggest that the APC has no regard for its Christian members in the region. That would reinforce the perception that the party is biased, which is not good for our unity or electoral prospects,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Musa urged the party leadership to recognise Nigeria\u2019s religious diversity and ensure that political activities are scheduled in a way that respects all faiths.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that it would be unthinkable for a similar meeting to be fixed during Friday Juma\u2019ah prayers, implying a double standard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe APC is already battling a perception problem as a party for a particular religion.
