Ijuptil Thlawur, told the court that the case was reported at the \u2018C\u2019 Division Police Station on March 4 by one Mr. Kamal Musa, the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the complainant gave the convict the sum of N230,000 for the construction of a grinding machine, adding that rather than utilise the money for the purpose it was meant for, the convict diverted it.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor said that during a police investigation, the convict confessed to having converted the amount to his personal use and failed to construct the grinding machine.<\/p>\n<p>The offence, he said, contravened the Plateau State Penal Code Law of Northern Nigeria of 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Nigeria<\/span> Follow <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Nigeria.
