Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>A former Minister of Sports, Solomon Dalung, has said President Bola Tinubu will not be re-elected during the 2027 general elections, even he appoints his son Seyi as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.<\/p>\n

Dalung stated this while speaking on News Central on Friday night.<\/p>\n

According to him, the next elections will be a battle between Nigerians and Tinubu\u2019s government.<\/p>\n

Dalung said: \u201cLike I promised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, even if the 36 state governors of Nigeria defect to the APC and he appoints Seyi Tinubu as the chairman of INEC and maybe appoints his wife as the Chief Justice of Nigeria, they will be defeated in 2027.<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause it is we against them. Nigerians should buckle for 2027, because the battle line has been drawn by the government of President Tinubu, which has declared war against the Nigerian people.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe government has weaponized poverty, hunger and hardship.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only option we have now is to align with the coalition movement to reposition ourselves and confront the government in 2027.\u201d<\/p>\n
