Damagum has been given more responsibility yesterday, he knows that he has double responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow we are doing reconciliation, we are applying the carrot\u2014if it doesn\u2019t work then we are going to apply the big stick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also said the likes of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and others who left PDP are welcome to return to the party.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cAs for those who have left, like I said, our doors are always open and I believe that they will come back. The time they left, you can\u2019t blame anybody because they were not sure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow that they see that we are serious, you will see the flood, the flood is going to come back. In politics, it\u2019s not like nature, it\u2019s very interesting as you can see people going away and the next time they are all coming back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis APC government, with the way they are going, if we don\u2019t take them out there will be no Nigeria left by 2027, so we have to be very serious about this project.
