Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Adamawa State Police Command has taken custody of a 10-year-old boy from Gombe State who was found wandering in Numan, Adamawa State.<\/p>\n

\u201cDahiru Iliya, 10 years, was on September 2, 2025, found in Numan LGA by the Divisional Police Officer, Numan Division,\u201d the command said in a statement released Tuesday evening by the command PRO, Suleiman Nguroje.<\/p>\n

The police said the boy has identified himself as hailing from Jinkai Village, Kaltungo LGA, Gombe State, and claimed that he was brought from Gombe and abandoned in Gwalam, Numan.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease assist the Command with useful information in tracing and uniting him with his parents,\u201d Nguroje pleaded with members of the public.<\/p>\n

He urged the parents or anyone with links to them to visit his office in Yola or contact the DPO Numan via 07067730606.<\/p>\n
