State and senatorial executives\u2019 congresses shall hold concurrently with state congresses.<\/p>\n<p>The statement further noted that Ekiti, Osun, Rivers, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) are excluded from the ward, local government, and state congresses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey will, however, participate in the election of three delegates to the national convention.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFilling of the forms shall be done online.
