She defected alongside the PDP Women Leader in the state and other party executives.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing a large gathering of women supporters, Waziri said her decision to join the APC was driven by what she described as the impressive development projects being executed by the Idris administration across Kebbi State.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been in the PDP for 20 years without joining any other party. My decision to join the APC today reflects my confidence in the level of development I am seeing in Kebbi State,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>She added that after touring different parts of the state, she became convinced that the APC-led government was delivering meaningful progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have gone round the state and I am impressed with the projects.
