The People Democratic Party, PDP, won in Gwagwalada Area Council.<\/p>\n<p>Airing his views on the election, Mamedu said, \u201cWe saw a good number of result sheets tampered with. Some results uploaded were not visible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are aware of some polling units where only seven people came out to vote. Polls closed by 2:30 pm but the BVAS upload of results sheets didn\u2019t come in until late in the evening.
