Wife of former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, Hadiza, has knocked the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, over its claims of recovering phone-tapping devices from her residence in Abuja.<\/p>\n
Hadiza said ICPC forgot to mention that it took away her bank tokens.<\/p>\n
Posting on X, Hadiza assured that those items are not wiretapping devices.<\/p>\n
\u201c@icpcnigeria You forgot to mention that you also took away my bank tokens. I swear to God, they are not wiretapping equipment,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n
El-Rufai\u2019s son, Mohammed Bello, had earlier accused the ICPC of orchestrating a smear campaign against his father by \u201cweaponizing\u201d his constitutional right to remain silent.<\/p>\n
