He said he aimed to evaluate the current work culture and the level of commitment among public servants.<\/p>\n<p>After the visit, the governor wrote: \u201cI just made an unscheduled visit to the State Civil Service Secretariat this morning. I\u2019m not pleased to see that some workers hadn\u2019t arrived for work at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I must commend the dedicated civil servants I met in their respective offices and duty posts. Your diligence is the backbone of our service. Keep pushing!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo those who didn\u2019t show up: we are watching. We are intentional about building an agile, effective, and productive civil service. If you are not committed, please make way for those who are.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The governor, who addressed workers after the inspection, warned that his administration would not tolerate inefficiency, stressing that workers unwilling to align with the state\u2019s reform agenda would face consequences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThose who do not align with the new vision for the civil service will be exited.
