He pointed out that key figures such as governors, lawmakers, and party leaders play a central role in creating and worsening these issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe the responsibility lies mainly with political actors,\u201d he said, explaining that the visible turmoil within parties stems from their own internal dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>He further emphasized that those in leadership positions, including elected officials and senior party figures, bear the greatest responsibility for the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing reports of divisions within the PDP, Moro rejected claims that the party is split into factions, maintaining that it remains a single, unified entity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is only one PDP,\u201d he stated firmly.<\/p>\n<p>Moro also reflected on earlier internal conflicts, particularly the controversial convention held in Ibadan.
