The Supreme Court of Nigeria has adjourned to tomorrow Tuesday, the 14th of January for the judgment between Governor Bala Mohammed of the People\u2019s Democratic Party and Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar of the opposition All Progressives Congress.<\/p>\n

The 7 man panel was headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria Justice Tanko Muhammad.<\/p>\n

Speaking with Bauchi State Correspondents, lead Counsel to Governor Bala Mohammed, Chief Chris Uche SAN, believed that APC will fail on the outcome of the judgment like it failed in both Tribunal and Appeal Court.<\/p>\n

According to him, they are not worried about the adjournment of the case as it was usual in the judicial process.<\/p>\n

Chief Christ Uche therefore expressed confidence that Governor Bala Mohammed will emerge victorious in the final judgment.<\/p>\n

On his part, the Deputy Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly, Dallami Ahmed Kawule appealed to the supporters of the party to be law abiding citizens despite the adjournment of the case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
