Former presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has felicitated with Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on his 68th birthday.<\/p>\n
Despite their political differences, Atiku, in a tweet wished Tinubu good health and long life.<\/p>\n
\u201cOn behalf of my family, I wish you, @AsiwajuTinubu, a happy 68th birthday. I also pray many more years for you, in good health and strength. Best wishes. -AA,\u201d he tweeted.<\/p>\n
On his part, the Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi commended Tinubu for retaining his \u201ccharm and political sagacity.\u201d<\/p>\n
The governor stated that Tinubu will continue to dominate Nigeria\u2019s political firmament for many years to come.<\/p>\n
Fayemi, who is the Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum, stated that the APC chieftain has paid his dues, hence should be respected by all, irrespective of political divides.<\/p>\n
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Yinka Oyebode, the governor described the former Lagos State Governor as a political colossus.<\/p>\n
According to Fayemi: \u201cCertainly, Asiwaju\u2019s actions inspire us -his admirers \u2013 to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. He is a political colossus who will continue to bestride the Nigerian political landscape for many more years to come.<\/p>\n
