{"id":25090,"date":"2020-05-14T18:14:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-14T18:14:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.com\/nigeria\/?p=25090"},"modified":"2020-05-14T18:14:07","modified_gmt":"2020-05-14T18:14:07","slug":"presidency-raises-alarm-as-numerous-fake-prof-ibrahim-gambari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\/all-news\/presidency-raises-alarm-as-numerous-fake-prof-ibrahim-gambari","title":{"rendered":"Presidency raises alarm as numerous fake \u2018Prof. Ibrahim Gambari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Africa Press-Nigeria:<\/p>\n<p>The Presidency has raised alarm concerning numerous fake \u2018Professor Ibrahim Gambaris\u2019 that have surfaced on social media, bearing the name of the new Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari few hours after his appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Many accounts have been opened on Twitter and other social media platforms with the name \u2018Prof. Ibrahim Gambari\u2019, \u2018Professor Gambari Ibrahim\u2019 and so on.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Presidency informed Nigerians that the new Chief of Staff has no social media account.<\/p>\n<p>It said Gambari, who was confirmed yesterday as the new CoS to President Buhari, is not on social media for now.<\/p>\n<p>The alarm was raised by the Special Assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad via his Twitter handle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDISCLAIMER: All the twitter accounts bearing Professor Ibrahim Gambari, the Chief of Staff to President @MBuhari are fake, the new CoS doesn\u2019t have an account on twitter or on any social media platform.
