The Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Agboola Ajayi who is also the candidate of the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, during the Saturday\u2019s governorship, failed to win his local government.<\/p>\n

Ajayi was defeated by his boss, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of the All Progressives Congress, APC in his Ese-Odo council area.<\/p>\n

The estranged Deputy Governor scored 4,760 as against Akeredolu who polled a massive 13,383.<\/p>\n

Also, the former Governor of the state, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko who is the National Leader of ZLP lost his local government to APC.<\/p>\n

Mimiko who is from Ondo West Local Government scored 10,159 while Akeredolu polled.<\/p>\n
