The defender and the winger will not play a part when Gernot Rohr\u2019s men take on the Carthage Eagles in Austria William Troost-Ekong and Samuel Kalu have been given permission to leave the Nigeria national team camp and will not feature against Tunisia on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Super Eagles media officer Toyin Ibitoye confirmed the departure of the players to their respective clubs, citing various reasons.<\/p>\n

Bordeaux winger Kalu was allowed to return to his club after suffering a knock in Nigeria\u2019s defeat against Algeria on Friday.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old forward featured for 50 minutes in the encounter before he was replaced by\u00a0Nantes<\/a>\u00a0winger Moses Simon.<\/p>\n

Troost-Ekong was permitted to leave in order to enable him to prepare for\u00a0Watford<\/a>\u2019s Championship game against\u00a0Derby County<\/a>\u00a0on Friday.<\/p>\n

The centre-back teamed up with the Hornets from\u00a0Serie A<\/a>\u00a0club\u00a0Udinese<\/a>\u00a0in September and will hope to make his debut for the side at Pride Park Stadium.<\/p>\n

\u201dKalu was allowed to leave the camp and return to his club because of the knock he got in the game against Algeria,\u201d Ibitoye told\u00a0Brila FM.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cFor Troost-Ekong he was permitted to go because he just joined a new club and they have a game on Friday so they want him to train with his team ahead of the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo with these two players out we will have the chance to see new players for the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

CSKA Moscow<\/a>\u00a0summer signing Chidera Ejuke could be drafted in for Kalu while\u00a0Leganes<\/a>\u00a0centre-back Kenneth Omeruo could replace Troost-Ekong in the encounter.<\/p>\n

The players were not involved in the Super Eagles’ defeat against Algeria while\u00a0Genk<\/a>\u00a0forward Cyriel Dessers could also make his international debut in the game.<\/p>\n

Nigeria have lined up the friendlies as part of their preparations for the\u00a0Africa Cup of Nations<\/a>\u00a0qualifying game against Sierra Leone in November.<\/p>\n
