As the panel investigating the Lekki toll gate shooting resumed sitting Tuesday, the Lekki Concession Company (LCC), operators of the toll gate, has submitted a video footage recorded by the surveillance camera on the night of the shootings of Endsars protesters by men of the Nigerian Army.<\/p>\n
Tendering the video footage to the panel, the Managing Director of LCC, Abayomi Omomuwa, said, \u201cI can confirm that inside here is the video footage that our surveillance camera was able to record for the 20th of October.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to probe the Lekki shootings as well as complaints of human rights abuses against members of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad has been sitting since last week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
