Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>The active cases of COVID-19 has risen to 7,578 as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC confirms 84 fresh infections in 13 states.<\/p>\n

The cases bring the total number of recorded infections in the country so far to 163,736.<\/p>\n

The health agency made the announcement on Saturday night in a post on its verified Facebook page.<\/p>\n

According to the new report, about 27 patients have been discharged after testing negative twice for the virus.<\/p>\n

So far, the country has recorded 154,098 recoveries while about 2,060 patients have died due to complications from the dreaded virus.<\/p>\n
