The Canaries sealed automatic promotion on Saturday, just nine months after they were relegated.<\/p>\n

Daniel Farke\u2019s side plays Bournemouth on Saturday evening, but results earlier in the day mean their top-flight return is already guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Victory for either Brentford or Swansea would have delayed Norwich\u2019s promotion.<\/p>\n

But Swansea was held to a 2-2 at home by bottom club Wycombe. Brentford was also held at home by Millwall to a goalless draw.<\/p>\n

Second-placed Watford lost 1-0 at Luton.<\/p>\n
