Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has urged the Nigerian Army to eliminate the leaders of Boko Haram and bandits just as they killed Ikonso Don, commander of the Eastern Security Network, ESN.<\/p>\n

DAILY POST had reported at the weekend that a joint operation by security forces killed ESN Commander, Ikonso and six other operatives. The authorities blame the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, for successive attacks on security facilities.<\/p>\n

IPOB has since confirmed the killing of Ikonso. The confirmation came with a threat to Hope Uzodinma, the Governor of Imo State.<\/p>\n

Reacting, Omokri challenged the Nigerian Army to take out the leaders of other terrorist elements in Nigeria the same way Ikonso was crushed.<\/p>\n

He also questioned if the Army is only strong when it comes to ESN and weak when it comes to Boko Haram, bandits and herdsmen.<\/p>\n

He tweeted, \u201cCan\u2019t Nigeria\u2019s Army also take out leaders of Boko Haram, bandits and killer herdsmen troubling Nigeria, the same way they took out alleged ESN leader, Ikonso. Or, are they only strong when it comes to ESN, and weak when it comes to Boko Haram, bandits and herdsmen?<\/p>\n
