Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Liverpool striker, Taiwo Awoniyi, has been granted a UK work permit ahead of the 2021\/2022 season, Goal reports.<\/p>\n

However, the Nigerian may be on his way out of Anfield, with the Reds receiving offers from at least, seven clubs.<\/p>\n

Awoniyi signed for Liverpool in 2015, but has spent the past six years on loan, because of his failure to obtain a work permit.<\/p>\n

He has spent this current campaign with Union Berlin in the Bundesliga.<\/p>\n

This week, Awoniyi was finally granted a UK work permit and will now be eligible to play in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

Liverpool plan to involve him in the first part of their pre-season schedule, enabling him to finally train with Jurgen Klopp\u2019s senior group and perhaps feature in some friendly fixtures while a host of first-team players who are away on international duty at the European Championship and Copa America.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
