Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Barely 24 hours after a life was lost at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, another gas explosion has occurred in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.<\/p>\n

DAILY POST reports that this will be the fifth explosion that has rocked Abeokuta in the last nine days, killing about eight persons.<\/p>\n

Friday\u2019s explosion occurred at the premises of CSCC construction yard, Onikoko area of Abeokuta.<\/p>\n

Two persons were said to have sustained serious injuries in the explosion and are now struggling for dear life at a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n

DAILY POST learnt that a cylinder filled with gas exploded when it was not in use.<\/p>\n
