Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Head coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr has left out Samuel Chukwueze and Joe Aribo from his 24-man squad for an international friendly against Cameroon.<\/p>\n

Villarreal winger Chukwueze has been out injured after hurting his hamstring in the Europa League semi-final second leg against Arsenal.<\/p>\n

For Rangers midfielder Aribo, he seems to have been excused following a hectic season with the newly-crowned Scottish champions.<\/p>\n

Also trimmed from the squad are FC Porto left-back Sanusi Zaidu, Leganes\u2019 Kenneth Omeruo, West Bromwich Albion\u2019s Semi Ajayi, Almeria\u2019s Sadiq Umar and Heartland goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa.<\/p>\n

Nigeria\u2019s game against Cameroon is billed for June 4 in Wiener Neustadt, Austria.<\/p>\n

The fixture will be part of Rohr\u2019s men preparations for their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign which begins in September.<\/p>\n
