{"id":47665,"date":"2021-07-31T13:56:04","date_gmt":"2021-07-31T12:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\/uncategorized\/anambra-guber-youll-never-be-gov-except-through-rigging-primate-ayodele-replies-andy-uba"},"modified":"2021-07-31T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2021-07-31T13:27:21","slug":"anambra-guber-youll-never-be-gov-except-through-rigging-primate-ayodele-replies-andy-uba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\/policy\/anambra-guber-youll-never-be-gov-except-through-rigging-primate-ayodele-replies-andy-uba","title":{"rendered":"Anambra guber: You\u2019ll never be gov except through rigging \u2013 Primate Ayodele replies Andy Uba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/nigeria\">Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Saturday, reacted to remarks on his prophecies by Andy Uba, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the upcoming Anambra State gubernatorial election.<\/p>\n<p>Primate Ayodele reiterated his earlier prophecy that Uba cannot win the Anambra State governorship election without rigging.<\/p>\n<p>The clergyman had recently issued a series of prophecies, where he noted that APC would only win the Anambra State election through massive rigging.<\/p>\n<p>However, Uba\u2019s campaign team had faulted Primate Ayodele\u2019s prophecies on the upcoming election and those he previously issued.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting, the Primate through one of his aides, Oluwatobi Ojasope, dared Uba\u2019s team to fault him with facts not lies.<\/p>\n<p>A statement by Ojasope reads: \u201cSome hours ago, the campaign team of the APC Candidate for Anambra governorship election, AUCC put up an article on the internet asking Primate Elijah Ayodele to stop stalking Andy Uba and the All Progressive Congress due to his many prophecies on the election.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe prophecies of Primate Ayodele on this election has obviously not favoured the APC and its candidate, Andy Uba. Many months back before the primary election of the party, Primate Ayodele had said that Uba can never be a governor in Anambra state, and warned APC against giving him the ticket so coming up with this article against Primate Ayodele is understandable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey feel they are not in the good books of Primate Ayodele but have failed to realize that Prophecies are not formed by human, they are all given by the spirit of God.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The clergy man had advised the APC to field George Moghalu as its governorship candidate, if the party wants to stand a chance.<\/p>\n<p>But, Ayodele\u2019s aide said Uba\u2019s campaign team interpreted the prophecy to mean the clargyman gave \u201cAPC assurance of victory if Moghalu was picked, they don\u2019t even correlate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ojasope also said Uba\u2019s campaign team lied over the Primate\u2019s past prophecies on happenings within the political sphere in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cAndy Uba\u2019s campaign team have embarked on an impossible mission to fault Primate Ayodele\u2019s genuineness as a man of God because his prophecies don\u2019t favour them. It would have been easy if they can come up with facts, not falsehood and hearsays.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrimate Ayodele will never give them that publicity by replying but his words still stands, Andy Uba will never be governor of Anambra state except they embark on an advance rigging which will lead to an uprising in the state, as prophecied by the man of God.
