Africa-Press<\/a> – Nigeria<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Chelsea striker, Romelu Lukaku, has hailed teammate, Cesar Azpilicueta, as a \u2018great captain\u2019.<\/p>\n

Lukaku also said that Azpilicueta contacted him even as he was waiting to complete his transfer move to Chelsea from Inter Milan.<\/p>\n

The Belgium international said this ahead of Chelsea\u2019s Premier League clash with Arsenal on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Azpilicueta is the only remaining player of the Chelsea squad from Lukaku\u2019s first spell at Stamford Bridge between 2011 and 2014.<\/p>\n

\u201cAzpi [Cesar Azpilicueta] is the captain and has been here for many years,\u201d Lukaku told Chelsea\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is a great captain. When I was in quarantine, he was already messaging me about where to find houses and stuff.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was like I was never gone. The relationship is still intact, and also with the rest of the boys.\u201d<\/p>\n
