Ronaldo disclosed this while speaking to Sky Sports ahead of Man United\u2019s home Premier League clash with Liverpool.<\/p>\n

The Portugal captain, who returned to Man United on transfer deadline day from Juventus, had been criticized recently for his defensive role at the Red Devils.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be honest, I\u2019m 36, I win everything so am I going to be worried about the people who say bad things about me? I sleep good at night,\u201d Ronaldo said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI go to my bed with my conscience very good. Keep going with that because I will still close mouths and win things.<\/p>\n

\u201cCriticism is always part of the business. I\u2019m not worried about that. And I see it as a good thing to be honest. If they worry about me or they speak about me, it\u2019s because they know my potential and value in football still. So it\u2019s good. I\u2019ll give you an example: if you\u2019re in a school and you\u2019re the best student, you ask the worst student if he likes the best, they\u2019ll say they don\u2019t like him.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the main word is that I\u2019m still happy and enjoying football. It doesn\u2019t matter how many things I won in my career. I win everything but I\u2019m still motivated. I\u2019m in a new chapter of my life, even with my age, and this is why I am here \u2013 to try to win and I think Manchester needs to be at this level of winning and thinking to win big things so I\u2019m here to help.\u201d<\/p>\n
