Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Napoli defender, Kalidou Koulibaly, has named Chelsea\u2019s Eduoard Mendy as the best goalkeeper in the world.<\/p>\n

Koulibaly said this while reacting to Senegal\u2019s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, final victory against Egypt on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Senegal defeated Egypt 4-2 in a penalty shootout to win their maiden AFCON in Cameroon.<\/p>\n

Speaking at his post-match press conference, Koulibaly, who captained Senegal to defeat Egypt, said: \u201cWe feel happy.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe knew it would be hard to win the Africa Cup of Nations, but today we made it.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur team deserved to win this title. We had been looking for this for a long time and now we have it. This team is magnificent.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a tough game and a tough tournament. We made it with our team and our power.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goalkeeper is the best in the world and we win the title.\u201d<\/p>\n
