Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky had called on nationals to volunteer for the resistance effort.<\/p>\n

The President said, \u201cWe will give weapons to anyone who wants to defend the country. Be ready to support Ukraine in the squares of our cities.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will lift sanctions on all citizens of Ukraine who are ready to defend our country as part of the territorial defence with weapons in hands.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have severed diplomatic relations with Russia. For all those who have not yet lost their conscience in Russia, it is time to go out and protest against the war with Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Football activities have already been suspended for 30 days in the country as Russia hits military assets and air bases in the country.<\/p>\n
