Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Bola Tinubu, an All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential aspirant, has disclosed why he intends to become Nigeria\u2019s next President.<\/p>\n

Tinubu said he is running for the Presidency in order to secure the future of the next generation.<\/p>\n

He spoke during a consultation with members of Ekiti Traditional Council on Thursday in Ado-Ekiti, NAN reports.<\/p>\n

The APC National Leader noted that Nigeria is in dire need of a leader who could unite the people.<\/p>\n

According to Tinubu: \u201cWe chose democracy and we must not fail in this task. I\u2019m in this race to renew hope and make the future great for our children.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also pointed out that the country needs a leader who could tackle insecurity and bring about the desired socio-economic development.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have struggled for democracy and today we have democracy but we are not stable yet. By now we should have a good farming system and opportunities to produce for other nations to buy.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Nigeria to stand united and develop, we require patience and wisdom. We have to be united, that is the only way we can be great. That was why we formed APC based on principles,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
