Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Deputy Governor of Katsina State, QS Mannir Yakubu, has blamed the insecurity and economic challenges experienced in the state and the nation at large on the global economic downturn.<\/p>\n

He noted that despite concerted efforts being put in by the Federal and the state governments, the ugly trends has continued<\/p>\n

Mannir made the remark at a press conference on Friday, while unveiling his development agenda for the state if he emerges as the next Governor of Katsina State in the next political dispensation.<\/p>\n

To nib the situation in the bud, Mannir said there is need for a disruptive thinking that will provide a sustainable solution that can reverse the negative trend and bring Katsina State back on a sound track of social and economic development.<\/p>\n
