Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have suspended women\u2019s team coach, Didier Olle-Nicolle, while the club investigates allegations of \u201cinappropriate behaviour and remarks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olle-Nicolle took charge of PSG at the end of last season following their D1 Feminine title success.<\/p>\n

PSG are second in the table this season, needing to beat title rivals Lyon in their penultimate game on Sunday to keep their slim championship hopes alive.<\/p>\n

But preparations for that game have been overshadowed by allegations made relating to Olle-Nicolle.<\/p>\n

The club have now said: \u201cif (the allegations are) confirmed, it will be incompatible with the sporting and human values of PSG.\u201d<\/p>\n

A statement read: \u201cPSG was informed of inappropriate behaviour and remarks to which members of its women\u2019s team have allegedly been exposed.\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201cThe facts and statements, if confirmed, would be incompatible with the sporting and human values.<\/p>\n

\u201cPSG takes the situation very seriously and intends to shed light on the facts and remarks reported.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn this context and in order to preserve the interests of all stakeholders, the coach of the women\u2019s team has been put on leave by mutual agreement with PSG.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis measure is of a precautionary and temporary nature. It does not prejudge in any way the results of the internal investigation that will be conducted, nor the decisions that the club may have to take.\u201d<\/p>\n
