Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>A former member of the Kogi State Houses of Assembly, Haruna Gowon has picked the All Progressive Congress, (APC), ticket for Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency.<\/p>\n

The primary election was held at Dekina Headquarters of the Council on Friday.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the end of the Election, Gowon promised an all inclusive representation.<\/p>\n

He appealed to all party members to close ranks and unite the party, adding \u201cwe are all brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n

While noting that others who could not make it this time are eminently qualified, Gowon emphasized that in every competition, one person must definitely win.<\/p>\n

He urged aggrieved members to shift focus to winning the general election.<\/p>\n

In the Central, Abdulraheem Sanni picked the APC ticket for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, after scoring all the 70 accredited votes.<\/p>\n

Abdulraheem emerged the consensus candidate.<\/p>\n
