Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Germany international, Antonio Rudiger, has said that he is proud to join Real Madrid from Chelsea.<\/p>\n

Rudiger had earlier left Chelsea to sign for Real Madrid on a four-year deal.<\/p>\n

The defender will be unveiled as a Real Madrid player on Monday 20 June at 12 noon.<\/p>\n

Reacting, Rudiger, in a tweet via his Twitter account on Thursday, said he is proud to join Real Madrid, adding that he cannot wait to play for the \u2018huge\u2019 club.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m proud to announce that I\u2019ll be joining @RealMadrid,\u201d he tweeted.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m super excited for all the challenges ahead and can\u2019t wait to play my first games for this huge club.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rudiger joined Chelsea from AS Roma back in 2017.<\/p>\n

He made his Chelsea debut as a substitute in their August Community Shield against Arsenal.<\/p>\n
