I do know that it was a very tough decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Okowa thanked God that among my very qualified colleagues, \u201ceven those more qualified\u201d, he found favour.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy the special grace of God, we will work hard to ensure victory.
