Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The prestigious CAF Awards will hold in Rabat, Morocco in July 2022.<\/p>\n

The ceremony, according to the Confederation of African Football (CAF), will be held ahead of the final of the Women\u2019s Africa Cup of Nations.<\/p>\n

There will be several categories to be presented including the Player of the Year (Men and Women).<\/p>\n

Senegal\u2019s Sadio Mane and Nigeria\u2019s Asisat Oshoala won the awards at the last edition in 2019.<\/p>\n

Other categories include; Interclub Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, National Team of the Year, Coach of the Year, Club of the Year and Goal of the Year.<\/p>\n

Captains and Coaches of the member associations, selected journalists, CAF technical study group and CAF legends will decide the winner of the different categories.<\/p>\n

The period under review is from September 2021 until June 2022.<\/p>\n

The previous edition of the CAF Awards was held in 2019 at Hurghada in Egypt.<\/p>\n
