Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has raised the alarm that terrorists causing havoc in parts of the country have formed a parallel government in some parts of the State.<\/p>\n

The governor, who made this known in a memo issued to President Muhammadu Buhari, said members of the Jama\u2019atu Ansarul Musulmina Fi\u2019biladis Sudan, popularly known as Ansaru are hibernating in Kuyello district of Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of the State.<\/p>\n

The terrorists, according to reports, moved to Birnin Gwari in 2012 when they broke away from Boko Haram.<\/p>\n

El-Rufai in the memo, alerted the president that the terrorists are exercising control over social and economic activities and dispensation of justice in the area where they are believed to have established a \u201cpermanent operational base\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Governor said the terrorists recently conducted a nuptial ceremony during which they married two yet-to-be-identified female residents of Kuyello village, stressing that some residents of the area witnessed the ceremony.<\/p>\n

\u201cAccording to actionable intelligence, members of the Jama\u2019atu Ansarul Musulmina Fi\u2019biladis Sudan (aka Ansaru) are hibernating in Kuyello district of Birnin Gwari LGA, which recently conducted a nuptial ceremony, during which they married two yet-to-be-identified female residents of Kuyello village.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe ceremony was attended by various Ansaru members and witnessed by residents of the area. After the marital rites, insurgents in attendance reportedly conveyed the brides to the dreaded Kuduru forest, in the same District\u201d, he wrote.<\/p>\n

several citizens of the State have lost their lives in recent time following unprovoked attacks by the terrorists.<\/p>\n
