Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Professor Chris Imumolen, the presidential candiate of the Accord Party (AP) has vowed to fix Nigeria\u2019s education sector in six months if elected into office.<\/p>\n

Imumolen an academia, a certified scholar and the youngest candidate in the current race for Nigeria\u2019s presidency, made the pledge at a session organized by the PCI movement and his friends across Lagos.<\/p>\n

He announced empowerment schemes for farmers and other practitioners including the \u201cI Will Prosper\u201d business scheme to accommodate Nigerians who will reap freely from a network that raises millionaires through financial and business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Also at the event, Imumolen doled out funds running into several millions to different lucky individuals.<\/p>\n

According to candidate, the human capital of any nation remains the most vital, the reason he promised to give it paramount attention as president, stressing that the education sector will be allotted about 20% of the budget.<\/p>\n

Imumolen assured that the infrastructure in the sector will receive a huge deal through an overhauling strategy that will eliminate age long bureaucracy and corruption that have strangulated the vital sector too long.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs President, I will ensure that lecturers are paid as at when due; that the academic environment will be conducive for all students, and they will have cross cultural alignments as foreign students from various climes will find the Nigerian education sector appealing\u201d, he promised.<\/p>\n

Imumolen is an education enthusiast and investment management guru who has ensured business cum economic empowerments for thousands of Nigerians.<\/p>\n

The AP flagbearer has also, for 12 years, granted scholarship awards to over 500,000 Nigerians who have educational access to quality international education and certifications.<\/p>\n
