Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Home- Eagles head coach Salisu Yusuf on Friday unveiled a 22-man squad for the 2023 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against the Black Galaxies of Ghana.<\/p>\n

Yusuf dropped 13 players from the initial 35 players invited to camp.<\/p>\n

The list consisted of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders, and five strikers.<\/p>\n

Notable among the players who made the trip are goalkeepers; Adewale Adeyinka and Ojo Olorunleke, Samson Gbadebo, Tope Olusesi, Chijoke Akuneto, and Ossy Martins.<\/p>\n

The players and their officials departed Abuja for Accra for the game on Friday morning.<\/p>\n

The first leg will take place at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The reverse fixture is billed for the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, on September 3.<\/p>\n
