Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Black Galaxies of Ghana head coach, Annor Walker is confident his team will beat perennial rivals, Nigeria home and away in the 2023 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers.<\/p>\n

Ghana has failed to qualify for the last three editions of the CHAN.<\/p>\n

The Black Galaxies spent one week in Austria to prepare for the game where they lost to Qatar in a friendly match.<\/p>\n

Walker\u2019s side saw off Benin Republic 4-0 on aggregate in the previous round.<\/p>\n

The gaffer is confident they can scale through the final qualification hurdle and book a spot in Algeria 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are playing Nigeria on Sunday and I must say we are ready for the game,\u201d Walker told Asempa FM as quoted by Ghanasoccernet.com.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt will be a tough game but we are prepared and I am confident that we will qualify for the CHAN tournament next year,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The CHAN is put together for players plying their trade in their country\u2019s domestic leagues.<\/p>\n
