Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa goalkeeper, Andile Dlamini has said the holders are out to successfully defend their CAF Women\u2019s Champions League title.<\/p>\n

Sundowns won the inaugural edition of the CAF Women\u2019s Champions League last year in Egypt.<\/p>\n

The Brazilians were in imperious form at that competition as they not only won all their games but didn\u2019t concede a single goal.<\/p>\n

Dlamini believes they can go all the way again this time around even though she admitted it is going to be a tough task.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe want to be the first team to have won twice, we will work hard to win twice. You don\u2019t go into the tournament wanting to lose anyway,\u201d the 30-yeae-old told CAFonline.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou go into the tournament wanting to achieve and lift the trophy. We extremely worked hard for the first and we will forever be remembered.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing South African should expect is great football from us, because we will always want to perform to the best of our ability, to keep the culture.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jerry Tshabala\u2019s side will confront Nigerian champions, Bayelsa Queens in their opening game in the competition at the Stade de Grande Marrakech on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The competition will run from October 30 to November 13.<\/p>\n
