The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has revealed why Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court granted him bail few years ago.<\/p>\n
Kanu claimed that Justice Nyako had granted him bail to pave way for his assassination by the Federal government.<\/p>\n
He, however, stated that the judge was angry that he survived the assassination attempt made on his life.<\/p>\n
The Nigerian government had arraigned the IPOB leader alongside three others on a four-count amended charge before Justice Nyako.<\/p>\n
Justice Nyako had on April 25, 2017 granted the IPOB leader bail after he had spent a year and seven months in detention.<\/p>\n
Just last week, the trial judge revoked Kanu\u2019s bail and ordered his arrest, over his failure to attend his trial since he was granted bail.<\/p>\n
However, Kanu in a tweet wrote: \u201cIt\u2019s now obvious Justice Binta Nyako only agreed to grant me bail as part of an elaborate ploy with the Nigerian govt to set me up for assassination.<\/p>\n
