CP Rabiu Ladodo, the new Commissioner of Police posted to the Imo police command, has assumed duty.<\/p>\n
The command disclosed this through a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Orlando Ikeokwu, in Owerri on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Ladodo took over from CP Dasuki Galandanchi, who has been posted to head the Police Co-operative Society, Lagos.<\/p>\n
The new CP, who headed the Jigawa police command until his recent posting to Imo, was enlisted into the force as a cadet Inspector of Police in 1985.<\/p>\n
He has held various offices including Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Ondo State Command; and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Force Education Office.<\/p>\n
Other posts held by Ladodo were, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) Sokoto State Command, and Deputy Commissioner of Police, (Administration) FCT Command.<\/p>\n
Ladodo, who is Imo state\u2019s 34th commissioner of police, holds a diploma in Law and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication.<\/p>\n
