Fenerbahce, who have Moses on loan until the end of the season, will have to increase the figure substantially to secure the Nigerian for the long term.<\/p>\n<p>The report added that the Turkish club\u2019s sporting director Damien Comolli is expected to go to England to meet face to face with the Chelsea executives and thrash out a deal.<\/p>\n<p>Comolli, who previously worked at Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, played a key role in convincing Moses to join Fenerbahce in the January transfer window.<\/p>\n<p>The former Nigeria international has been on the books of Chelsea since 2012 but a failure to win favour under current manager Maurizio Sarri suggests his future lies elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>The 28-year-old was a key figure under previous manager Antonio Conte, who deployed a 3-4-3 system which allowed Moses to thrive as an adapted right wingback.
